Chef Jason Morgan
We proudly announce the promotion of our Sous Chef Jason Morgan to the position of Chef De Cuisine of 30° Blue. Jason graduated from the French Culinary Institute in NY, NY in 2004 and has been preparing for the opportunity to showcase his culinary skills and delectable dishes. We welcome him as the new Chef of 30° Blue and look forward to the tantalizing cuisine that is sure to come from his kitchen!
